Watch any of my friends' Bar-Mitzvah videos and you’ll notice they centre around close-up shots of my feet dancing! I've always loved dancing and find it's a way to relax and de-stress. I've been dancing salsa for over 15 years and before this I was a keen Hip-Hop/club dancer, taking classes at the famous Pineapple studios in London and with Beyonce's dancers in New York.

I also studied music which really helps with my dancing (especially when it comes to the rhythms of Zumba) but either way I've been told I have natural rhythm!

My dance credits include: Dancing with Diversity – the Hip-Hop dance crew who won Britain’s Got Talent, in the Opening Ceremony of London’s Paralympics and on various TV programmes.

I've performed in numerous musicals including Evita in London's West End and West Side Story at the Edinburgh Festival and am a member of Equity. I've choreographed various pop videos and am the official UK Macarena Champion! - sponsored by Corona to compete in the world championships in Mexico City.

I've also spent several years as a TV Director and worked on numerous famous programmes for the BBC and other broadcasters and production companies.

I like to keep healthy in general in terms of my diet. I also keep very fit in general through a wide variety of other sports: cycling, I love racket sports (and am addicted to Matcot!), ski, blade, regularly work out in the gym and practise Bikram yoga.
